From the comments section of the aforemented link about the protest at First Baptist Church comes this news: “….(we’re) holding a gathering at park cities baptist church to help foster respectful and meaningful dialogue between the GLBT community and the evangelical Christian community (recognizing that there is certainly some overlap). It is at 7pm on Tuesday night Nov. 11 in the great hall at PCBC. Featured guest is Andrew Marin from Chicago who started an non-profit to build a bridge between the two groups.”
