You are so funny - you intro the topic of how you lost your weight, then did a "BUT FIRST!" Just like the local channels do with the weather: "We've got some important information about the weather, BUT FIRST..."

I'm sure you can tell that I'm way behind on the podcasts. Usually, I listen to the podcasts over the weekend that came out the previous 2 weeks before.

Thanks for your talking about losing weight. You did it with the help of an e-diet program online. Incredible. You demonstrate some real discipline.

You're not the only vegetarian who feels he/she needs to lose weight. I remember in the past when vegetarians claimed that you could avoid weight gain through vegetarianism. It seemed logical. But, hey, we Americans sure know how to overdo just about anything. My former Italian language tutor once said, "Vu gli Americani siete sempre estremi!" (You Americans are always extreme!) Yep, we sure can be.

Thanks for another great podcast!

XO,
Joe G.

Crazy, yes. Have you thought of talking about it more on the podcast? I'm interested to learn more about what you've gone through if you're so inclined. PS: "Joe G." is just fine. :)
